At this exhibition, Zodo Tire showcased a comprehensive product portfolio covering diverse application scenarios. It not only boasted a comprehensive product portfolio for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, new energy vehicles, and trucks, but also highlighted a series of American-market products manufactured overseas, clearly demonstrating the brand's commitment to providing optimal solutions for diverse customer scenarios. Of particular note, the exhibition served as a crucial showcase for the ramp-up of Zodo Tire's Cambodian factory. This intelligent, Industry 4.0-based factory, which officially commenced operations this month, integrates advanced imported equipment, unmanned intelligent transporters, and automated high-bay warehouses. Construction began in 2024, and the factory has already produced 116 sizes in its first phase, demonstrating its unparalleled commitment to production efficiency and quality. The factory is planned to achieve an annual production capacity of 13.5 million sets of semi-steel radial tires in the first phase, with the second phase adding 6.5 million sets of semi-steel and 1.5 million sets of all steel radial tire production lines. Leveraging its strategic location in Southeast Asia, the factory will establish an efficient supply chain bridge, bolstering the rapid delivery of high-quality products to global customers.
